Biltmore Restorative Medicine & Aesthetics is required by law to maintain the privacy of your Protected Health Information (PHI) and to provide you with notice of our legal duties and privacy practices.
For Treatment: We may use your PHI to provide medical treatment (e.g., sharing lab results with our clinical team for your P-Shot or RestoreMore™ procedure).
For Payment: We may use PHI to bill you or your insurance (if applicable) for services rendered.

Appointment Reminders: We may contact you via phone, email, or SMS to remind you of upcoming consultations or follow-up appointments.

If you believe your privacy rights have been violated, you may file a complaint with our Privacy Officer at the contact info below or with the Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services. There will be no retaliation for filing a complaint.
